SCOPE

Interior

In the remodeling of this classic apartment, we’ve embraced a modern approach to design, focusing on clean lines and the use of natural materials.

Living Space

The irregular layout presented an opportunity to create distinct pockets of space, such as a piano nook and reading corner within the living dining room, each with its own defined boundaries.

To enhance spaciousness, we transformed the previous master bathroom into an open-plan bedroom joined with the bathroom area. By incorporating floating sinks and mirrors, we maintained separation without imposing solid partitions, fostering an airy feel throughout.

Materials were selected to create a harmonious balance of textures and neutral tones, evoking simplicity and sophistication. Solid wood ceilings add warmth to the space, complementing the concrete flooring, while accents of rustic metals, lava stone tiles, and natural limestone infuse character. Against clean white walls, these elements come together to craft a humble yet refined ambiance, making this apartment a truly inviting home.
